Terms and Conditions

1. Service Coverage Area TopTech Appliance Repair provides services in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Oshawa, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Markham, Richmond Hill, Barrie, Innisfil, Woodbridge, King City, Caledon, Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Oakville, and all nearby cities within a 150 km radius from Toronto.

2. Services Offered We offer diagnostics, repairs, and installations for a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, gas ovens, stoves, ranges, range hoods, microwaves, wine fridges, freezers, commercial appliances, and office appliances. We repair all brands.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled via phone or online.
  • Cancellations on the same day will incur a service call fee of $59.
  • Emergency services are available at no extra cost.
  • If the technician arrives and the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, a $59 service call fee will apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • We charge a flat rate, which will be communicated by the technician after diagnosing the appliance.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, Interac, online payments, cash, and e-transfer.
  • No deposits are required to schedule an appointment.
  • Payment is required before starting the job or ordering parts, as decided by the technician.
  • Estimates on parts and labor are provided post-diagnosis and can change if the actual problem differs from the initial description.

5. Warranty

  • We offer a 30-day warranty on labor.
  • Parts warranty ranges from 1 month to 2 years, depending on the part, brand, and machine.
  • No warranty will be provided if the machine or parts have physical damage.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide ample space for the technician to work on the appliance.
  • Supply basic items such as towels, a vacuum, a ladder, a step stool, electricity, and adequate lighting.
  • Inform the technician of any previous work done on the appliance by another person.
  • Customers are liable for a $59 service call fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

7. Company Liability

  • We are responsible for fixing the appliance using all necessary parts and labor. If the appliance cannot be fixed, the cost of the parts will be refunded, but labor and service call fees are non-refundable.
  • We are liable for any physical damage to customer property exceeding $1000, with estimates provided by our experts.
  • We do not share customer information with third parties, except for advertising purposes on platforms like Google.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers must contact our customer service before filing a dispute.
  • Disputes must comply with all government laws and regulations.
  • Credit card disputes will not be accepted if labor has been provided and parts installed unless the appliance requires additional parts for functionality.
